At Revitalize Wellness, we want you to feel as good as you look in our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
